Coverage: Our 1-Year Guarantee covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It ensures that your Knife Pro product is free from defects and will perform as intended under normal use.

What's Not Covered: Please note that our Guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Neglect or improper maintenance
  • Accidents or alterations
  • Damage caused by non-Knife Pro accessories or modifications

How to Claim: If you believe your Knife Pro product is defective or experiencing issues covered by our Guarantee, simply contact us at info@knifepro.nz within one year of purchase.
